YGGDRASIL STUDIO is an independent game development studio that produced the independent adventure kinetic novel, Discouraged Workers. The game is the fifth installment in the Project DW series, a satirical tale with a scenario modeled off a prominent Korean soap opera. It compares Ga-yeon’s everyday life to the dark side of youth.
Ga-yeon worked as a hospital coordinator and fell in love with a doctor there. Despite the fact that the doctor was married, they had an affair. She was sacked when the director learned of it. She searched for new work for more than a year, but she eventually gave up and started to isolate herself due to her mental unease.
